Introduction
The following is and overview of how bonus codes work. This is how its going to work - you deposit money into an online casino and they give you a bonus on top of that for making your first deposit, usually 100% up to $100-$200 or even a bit more. So you put $100 in, and you have $200 to play with, you just got $100 for free. You're asking yourself but there must be a catch, and yes, your right, there is, its called a wage requirement. In this site I will explain to you how to work around this and how to make your $100 or more free. Now some online casinos have different terms and conditions, such as blackjack and roulette do not count towards your wage requirement, so down below is a list of ones this method works on, there are a few more out there as well, but I find these the best ones to start at.
Basic Concept
Ok, what you first need to know is once you put your money into these casinos go straight to blackjack, do not pass go, but do collect your $200, or whatever it may be, but whatever you do, don't try your luck at any of the other games. This is why: blackjack has the highest player win ratio, something like 49.5%, this means you pretty much win half the time, the dealer has a very slight advantage. To achieve this 49.5% advantage you must follow the chart which is linked here, or at the bottom of page as well.
How it Works
Well this is where playing the signup bonus $$ comes into play. Now 100% match bonus of $100 is typical, so this means you deposit $100 and they match it giving a total of $200 to play with. But you cannot just cash out now, they have what they call a Wage Requirement. Basically, you cannot cash out until you play so many hands. For example a wage requirement of $500 means $500 must pass between you and the dealer before you can cash out. Example Bet 1 $5 - You Win , Bet 2 $5, You Lose, Bet 3 $5 You Win, now you are up $5, but you have earned $15 towards your wage requirement (see where I'm going with this, lets move on). So a $1000 WR would require you to play 200 hands at $5 piece or any combination of hands totaling $1000.
Now mathematically, it is best to go low, if you go high, you WR comes faster, but you have a better chance of plummeting. I recommend $1 (maybe $5 if you'd like, but i warn you the loss factor is much greater with every increase). So back to mathematics, if you follow the exact probability (you have a better chance of doing this with $1) your $200 should fall slightly to $197.50. Hey, you just turned $100 into $197.50, not bad, cash out and move onto the next casino.
Guide
Casino-On-Net is a very good place to start your journey.
I will walk you through the first one, and give you links to others, they are all very similar.

Once you create an account here, it is best to create an account at Neteller, it will be needed for all you casinos visits and is a very good tool for keeping track of your money and also works in multiple currencies.
Your Neteller ID will be need by the casinos for withdrawal of your money and also deposits if you like, or you can use credit cards or whatever your comfortable with.
Casino-On-Net Offers a 100% match bonus of up to $200
Once you grab your extra cash you will have double to play with, so head straight to the BJ (blackjack) table and start betting. Now, it is a good idea to keep a chart of your wagers while your doing this.
Now this one has a Wage Requirement of $2000. So this means either 2000 $1 hands 400 $5 hands, etc. Now this may seem like a long time, but for most of these casino's it takes about 1-2 hours, which equals almost $100/hr, and it really is fun.
Now most Wagering Requirements are around $1600-$2000.
Here is a view of my first cash out after depositing $100 (they only had a 100% match bonus up to $100 when I joined).:
